Monthly run to : locked in. Alex’s passionately crafted small-batch beers: locked in. Ten of us crammed into one of Fishtown’s coziest spots acting like we own the place: absolutely locked in. There’s a reason we keep coming back every month, and honestly it has nothing to do with the fact that we physically can’t fit more people in there. . Thanks for having us as always, Humble Parlor. Turns out runners CAN sit still long enough to dominate trivia. 🎯

took over last night and the NLRC crew showed up to fight for the crown! Two squads, one mission: Mike vs. Everyone went head-to-head with the Work Horse Run Club in a trivia showdown that escalated FAST. When the buzzer dropped, the Work Horses had grinded out a 3rd place finish — proof that the same legs putting in Thursday miles can also put in podium work under pressure! 🥉 Massive thanks to for hosting the chaos! 🍻

There’s a banner inside that says “TO ALL WHO COME TO THIS HAPPY PLACE WELCOME.” Thursday, we took it personally. 🌭

Big crew rolled into Ortlieb’s — we welcomed Áine on her first NLRC run, and the long-awaited return of , finally free from her Thursday-night class. Eliza, you’ve been welcomed back per the banner’s instructions. The hot dog menu got the full treatment from anyone who wandered into its orbit.

The real Cinco de Mayo MVPs? The staff. We don’t make the rules. 🏆🍻

Tuesday’s First Tuesday out-and-back was a smaller crew than usual — turns out 10 miles on Sunday will do that — but the regulars showed out and we got the miles in. UV was buzzier than your typical Tuesday thanks to the holiday, and yet the staff still treated us like we were the only people in the building. That’s a craft. That’s a calling. Tip generously and don’t ever take them for granted.

NLRC crew + extended family assembled at ’s post-Broad Street tailgate Sunday and absolutely earned every minute of it. Big love to everyone who ran — first-timers, repeat offenders, and the moral support brigade alike. And the biggest of thanks to Jeff for once again being the host with the most. We’re already plotting next year.
