Almost at the end of our week of southpaw curriculum in our Muay Thai classes. It’s been fun we are welcoming back our regular stance!

Athylia and Cody are moving to Japan and we couldn’t be more excited for them!! What a journey they are about to embark on!! We are so proud of everything they have accomplished throughout their time with us! Watching them grow has been super rewarding and we are excited for them to experience this next chapter of their lives.
Join us this Saturday as we kick and punch out friends for one last time 😩💕🙌
