🌟 IMPORTANT REMINDER 🌟

I know that everyone is excited about the Summer in Flagstaff Show BUT we could use a bit of help over here 🤗

**PLEASE use ONLY the ENTRY FORM for the Summer in Flagstaff show, Not the Entry Form for our Shows held in Phoenix at Horse Lovers Park.
The Flagstaff Entry Form has several different and/or additional areas that Must be filled out in order for your Entry to be accepted and processed.
Classes must be listed on your entry form, stating TBD or "trainer to decide" is not a valid entry.
You WILL receive a confirmation email from [email protected] confirming your Entry along with Entry Deposit payment information.
Things such as Type of Stall, # of Shavings needed, Who to stable with, may seem simple and basic but are all very necessary and important in order for us to not only save you long lines at the Show Office on check in Day, but to insure we have a Stall reserved for you and shavings are delivered and ready when you arrive.
It also helps to insure Trainer Barns and groups are stabled together.
It is also Very Helpful that Trainers send in a filled out Block Stabling Form listing all horses (Show Names please) & Riders who will be stabling with you.

With several types of barns and the natural layout of the Stable area, creating a Barn Chart has its challenges already so any and all help is appreciated!!

The June Summer in Flagstaff horse show premium is now available on the website!
Many of you have already discovered it so I'm going to share a few helpful hints -

Don't panic if you have not received an Immediate Response when you send in your Entry! 😅 Each Entry received will be sent an Entry Confirmation within 24 hours along with Entry Deposit payment information.

BEFORE you send in your Entry, Please Read through the Information & Fees sections, a lot of answers to questions can be found there.
Here are the most common types of things I reply to received Entries;

* You must Enter Classes and a Horse's name (not "Entry") in order to be considered a Pre Entry
*Stall choices are- Fri-Sun OR Wed-Sun please choose one or the other, do not enter "3 days" or "5 days"
*Day Stalls are Not available at this time
*Non Showing Horses may be allowed if the stalls are not sold out, check with us after closing date of entries for availability
*Pre Order Shavings - delivered and ready at your stall when you arrive!
*note* no shavings included with stalls at this show

These may seem simple I know, but excitement sometimes gets in the way!
