Reflection Pilates is now Apéro Studios! 🥂

Same studio, same reformers, same spot on Seltice. Just a new name, a new handle, and a whole lot of love and intention going into what’s next!!!

Swipe through to hear where the name came from and what we’re building over here!

To everyone who has been part of Reflection, thank you for sticking with us through the change. 🥹 I can’t wait to keep seeing your faces in class and elevating your experience!! And if you’ve been Pilates-curious but haven’t made it in yet, now is a really good time!!

Our welcome gift is live on the website and available to previous, current, and new members!!
(Link in bio 💃)

I’d love to hear from you, so leave a comment or send me a DM anytime here or on my personal page (Cassidy Bones) Truly… no ego here, just love and a desire to serve our community well!

xo,
Cassidy

Hellllllo Reflections Pilates Studio followers ✨

TLDW; I’m - Pilates lover, new owner of Reflection Pilates, local iced coffee addict, and a lot of other things too 😂

I’ll be posting more information as the days go by, but I just wanted to pop on and very briefly, introduce myself and reassure everybody that the instructors you know in love are staying on and they are excited to be here! And the classes you know in love are staying on the schedule with more to come!

Let me know what questions you have below, and I will get them all answered! 🤌🏻
