🚣♀️🚲⛷🚣♀️🚲⛷🚣♀️🚲⛷ The goal is to accumulate 2,500 cal by the end of the month. This can be broken up however you want. Choose the Rower, Ski Erg, or Bike to rack up those calories! Workout Calories count!!

💥 Russian Swing Pro-Tip:
At the top of the swing, the kettlebell is weightless for a brief second and you can ease up on your grip.
This way you can save your grip for the rest of the workout that requires more of your hands. Just don’t let go completely 😬
If you do Kettlebell swings frequently, you’ll get better at them 😉🤯. They’ll start to feel easier….eventually!
