Teaching some of our newbies the Musukaev bear crawl / sprinter shot single leg. Most coaches will at this and think it’s too advanced but it’s proven to be a great drill for our youth/newbie wrestlers who are getting snapped down too easily. It teaches them to:
1. Not fall on their face
2. Stay low and actually flow WITH the momentum instead just resisting it.
