Working on open stance to closed stance with Masonās groundies last night. Shadowing these drills with the swing sleeve & then executing the drills with hand feeding. The swing sleeve really helps players speed up their racquet acceleration so we use at the start of practice & also to end for conditioning š¾
Spacing involving a large hula hoop! Having the player clockwise around the hoop helps with spacing and also moving forward into their forehand (opposite for backhands) Reed does a decent job at hovering over the hoop to help his posture too! Heās almost 11, canāt wait to see more of his progress! š¾
