Actually, there are no inherent ‘good’ reasons or ‘bad’ reasons - it’s really just about *liking* your reasons.
But ask yourself, do you really *like* holding yourself back just because you’re scared or worried you might f**k it up?
I want to offer that most the time, the honest answer is no.
So what’s the solution in these instances?
Step 1 → acknowledge that fear and worry. They might not be anything you want to *act* on, but these emotions ARE valid and it’s important to see and acknowledge how you’re feeling.
And step 2 → find reasons you DO love for your decisions, and then let those guide you instead.
By the way, this ☝🏻in a nutshell, is my process for making powerful decisions. It’s simple, but not always easy. If you’d like support in making decisions aligned with the life you WANT to be living (instead of getting stuck telling yourself it’s too hard or you can’t do it and then living your life on default and feeling like life is happening *to* you and not in a good way), my coaching is for you. What do I mean by this? I mean noticing when your brain wants to spin out focusing on the negatives, on the what ifs, on what’s not working and everything that is or could be going wrong.
Noticing all this…and then choosing to bring your brain back again and again to what you really want. To your vision for yourself and your future. To who you want to be and how you want to show up. To what’s going well and what you can do to continue to make things even better.
If your brain is like mine, this is not necessarily the easiest work.
But what we focus on grows.
It’s why coaching is so powerful. Because you have someone in your corner, to help you clean out and reset + refocus your brain each week, so you can really stay focused on what’s most important to you and working toward it in positive and productive ways.
If this sounds good to you, my coaching is for you. I’m currently taking new clients, message me to learn more 💛

Okay hang with me on this.
I know this sounds painfully obvious but, I think we’ve all been here.
You buy a program. Or hire a coach. Or even pick up a new book.
You go through it. You learn new things. Time passes. You think to yourself, “I should have results by now.”
And yet you don’t.
It’s frustrating AF.
You tell yourself the thing didn’t work. Because, you ‘did’ the thing, and time passed - time since you learned new information - so naturally things should have changed.
But they didn’t.
Here’s where we go wrong…
Consuming the content is not doing the work.
Just because time passes since you’ve learned new things - that also doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve done the work.
How do you know you’ve done the work?
You’re getting results. Results don’t lie.
I know this can be a tough pill to swallow.
I’ve spent YEARS of my life wondering why I didn’t have results yet when I was ‘working’ so hard - and I don’t want that for you.
Nothing changes if nothing changes.
If you’re frustrated by your results, let me help you. Together we’ll peel back the layers, see how you’ve been spending your time so you can get really clear on WHY that’s created what it’s created for you so far, and what you can do differently to actually make the changes in your life that you’re after.
Message me to get the conversation started.

I see so many people get stuck because they aren’t willing to take baby steps.
They hold onto the story that the small steps aren’t worth it. That they don’t matter. That they won’t make a difference.
If this is you, I want to challenge you to let go of that story. To be willing to focus on the baby steps.
This will feel hard at first. Your brain won’t like it. It will keep offering you the story that it’s too little, too slow, not good enough.
But the baby steps are where the magic happens. That’s where you build trust and belief in yourself. That’s where you start to think, “hey I can DO this!” (instead of “ugh I tried and failed again” 😫) And the momentum just snowballs from there.
So again I say, be willing to focus on the baby steps. You just might blow your own mind as to how fast you actually progress when you’re willing to do so.

PS - this is the kind of thought work we do when we work together. We look at what stories you’re holding onto (like, “it’s not good enough, I have to go faster”) that aren’t actually serving you. We question them. We explore ways you can redirect your mind so you can actually get what you want instead of feeling stuck.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but whether or not you reach your goals has nothing to do with your value and worth as a person.
Goals are arbitrary.
We don’t set goals to hit them 100% of the time and prove to ourselves or others that we are ‘good enough’ or ‘successful.’
We set goals to stretch ourselves. We set them to give ourselves something to work toward which in turn creates a container for our growth.
And we set them because they are fun. And working towards them makes life more fun and interesting 😃
If you’re getting tripped up by your goals, feeling bad about yourself when you don’t reach them or guilty when you’re not actively working on them - I just want to offer that this is because you’re tying your worth to said goals. It’s time to knock that s**t off.
And if you want help - I’m your girl. When we coach together we clean allllll this up, so that you can get back to becoming the version of yourself you want to be in a way that feels joyful and delightful to YOU.

Are you basing your self-concept on where you are falling short, or where you are excelling?
This is a *really* powerful question to check in with yourself on.
Your self concept MATTERS.
I mean think about it. If you see yourself as someone who is crushing it, who is continually successful in following through on your plans and making progress with your goals, I guarantee you will feel more confident and more motivated to keep going.
Especially compared to if you see yourself as someone who is always struggling and who can never quite get your s**t together 100%. Talk about defeating!
The difference is, one self-concept is based on your wins, and one is based on where you feel like you’re falling short.
And here’s why it matters → because none of us are “winning” all the time. Failure, rejection, stumbles, they are all a part of life. It’s a CHOICE to allow the stumbles and short-comings to determine your self-concept, and equally as available to choose to root your self-concept in your strengths, resilience, grit, and success.
That’s the mindset I want you to have. This is the mindset that allows you to feel grounded, capable, enough. And you ARE enough 💛
