Ale Colon has been training with us since 2023 and in that time we have watched him grow as an athlete but also as a person.

One of the most rewarding aspects of being a performance coach isn’t based around performance, but the relationships you build with our athletes. Every now and then one comes by who really stands out.

Last week was the midway point in our Summer Program in Week 5. We conducted testing to get a glimpse at how our athletes are progressing through the summer and adapting to their program.

Everyone comes in with a slightly different goal, run faster, jump higher, and testing serves as our way to ensure we’re working towards that goal.

So rewarding for us…..

I remember in 2020 When Gavin and his brothers first came in for their 1st Performance Evaluation and soon after got started training us.

It started in Covid and he was there consistently every week, YEAR after YEAR, putting in the work.

So proud of this next step Gavin Jestand 👊. You have a lot of people cheering you on. Just as you have, keep taking it, 1 week at a time!

Our Beach workouts are one of our favorite events of the Summer.

It’s a great training environment out in the sun on the beach and provides a significant challenge to push athletes in an unfamiliar context.

Our next beach workout is Saturday July 18th so be sure to save the date!
