Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil • 1 small chopped yellow onion • 2 garlic cloves (or 1½ tsp garlic powder) • 2½ cups low-sodium chicken broth • two 4oz cans diced green chiles • 1½ tsp cumin • ½ tsp dried oregano • ½ tsp paprika • ¼ tsp cayenne • juice of ½ lime • salt + pepper • two 15oz cans great northern beans • 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt • 1 cup corn • 2 heaping cups shredded cooked chicken

Toppings: cilantro, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, green onions, avocado
