On Memorial Day, May 25th, we will be honoring those who served our country with the MURPH Workout! Join us for FREE and come be a part of an amazing community event! 💪 Sign up on F45 app

⏰ You are welcome to begin anytime between 7AM–8AM!
Workout:
🏃 1 Mile Run
💪 100 Pull-Ups
🔥 200 Push-Ups
🦵 300 Squats
🏃 1 Mile Run
All fitness levels are welcome and modifications will be available:
✔️ TRX Rows instead of pull-ups
✔️ Push-ups on knees
✔️ Modified reps/options as needed
This workout is not about being the fastest — it’s about showing up, supporting one another, honoring those who served, and finishing together as a community. ❤️🤍💙
