Over the past three days, our members had the opportunity to participate in a weightlifting clinic led by Kirk Eichenberg.

Kirk provided valuable instruction on proper lifting mechanics, movement patterns, and injury prevention techniques that directly translate to the physical demands of our profession. By focusing on correct form and body mechanics, our members gained practical tools to improve performance, reduce the risk of injury, and promote long-term health throughout their careers.

On behalf of Schaumburg Professional Firefighters Local 4092, we would like to thank Kirk for sharing his expertise, dedicating his time, and investing in the health and wellness of our membership. We appreciate your commitment to helping our firefighters stay strong, healthy, and ready to serve our community.
