A wonderful finish to an incredible adventure in Italy. Capri Island was ever in the background; from the roof top pool, our room, and dinner.
When asked what I’ve enjoyed most, it’s the people. From Puglia to Rome to Sorrento and all towns in between, the people were warm and welcoming, always willing to help any way possible. Bella Italia! ❤️🇮🇹

Arrived in Sorrento, Italy for the last few days of our trip. Tour of Pompeii in the morning tomorrow. Enjoying the view of the Gulf of Naples with the Island of Capri in the distance before heading back to Rome on Sunday.

A dog gets fed and thinks his person is an omniscient, benevolent being.
A cat gets fed and thinks it is.
This is what functional fitness looks like.
No, I’m not talking about people exercising (while I certainly approve!). I’m talking about a dad spending time with his daughter. While “enjoying” a CrossFit workout together is a great option, reading a book before bed, having tea, or getting some ice cream are just as impactful.
While raising children these days is not cheap, it is not your money or things they desire most, but the most valuable resource in the universe—TIME. Nothing says “I love you” more to a child than making time for them.
The most powerful force in finance is compounding interest; how investments grow exponentially over time. The most powerful force in building strong relationships with those you love is your time. Invest wisely and you will reap a bounty in the years to come. Be patient, though. It’s just a matter of time…
