A clinical trial found yoga cut insomnia, fatigue and mood disturbances in cancer survivors compared to standard care alone.
The NCI-funded study tracked 206 survivors who practiced hatha and restorative yoga about 180 minutes weekly over four weeks.
Researchers called it a non-pharmaceutical solution for reducing four side effects at once.

I taught this beautiful group of yogis this morning 🥰
Funny story here! Kari called me to book the class for her beautiful daughter, Hailey’s, bachelorette party! A week later I’m in Tallahassee at my son’s Mom’s weekend for Fiji. I meet Brenda, one of my son’s friends moms! We hit it off immediately! When we were talking she said her friend hired someone to teach a yoga class for them while on Siesta Key! Well, that someone was me! Our world is so large, yet so very small!! I truly believe these things don’t happen by chance. Such a beautiful morning with beautiful women! Enjoy the rest of your weekend ❤️ 🧘♀️ 💍 🌞

I hate to cancel, but trying to save everyone the trip. Every single forecast is showing storms with lightning at 9:00.
There will be no class this morning. I will be back Friday and Saturday at 8:30.
With this said, there will be no zoom class today for my zoomers. I will zoom Friday and Saturday at 8:30 from the beach.
