Bringing peace and gentle yoga to all of our yogis on Siesta Key Beach 🧘‍♀️🌴 Hello everyone! My name is Lynn and I am an experienced yoga and fitness instructor.

My yoga sessions are free of charge; however, tips are greatly appreciated. I aim to share my passion of gentle yoga and hope to see you on the white sands of Siesta Key! In addition to providing my clients on the beach a yoga practice that focuses on calming the mind and helping to bring peace to my yogis, I also own a HomeWatch business called Tranquility Home Watch, LLC. When my seasonal residents return home for the summer months, I make sure to provide them with the comfort of knowing their unoccupied home is in the best hands. I love my Florida life and all of the wonderful people I’m meeting along the way. Namaste �

What a beautiful evening last night. The rain off island kept a lot of people away, but boy did Siesta come through for us. No rain, beautiful sunset, full rainbow, and lots of positive vibes.
Next week our Wednesday evening class will change to 5:00 ❤️ 🌅 🧘‍♀️
