Summer Youth Fitness is BACK!

Are you looking for an opportunity to get your kids active for the summer? Our summer youth program is designed for students ages 8-14. Students build strength, endurance, speed, and agility that will help them gain self confidence whether they play a sport or just hang out with friends.

When: June/July, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:00am

Spring HYROX Sprint ✅
We had 50+ athletes this past Saturday to take on the HYROX Sprint. All 8 runs and workouts, but 1/4 the distance. It was a great opportunity for experienced and new athletes to challenge themselves . We’re so glad to have Dayton’s only HYROX Performance Coach Coach Ben CPT as part of our team to bring this amazing event to Springboro. Congratulations to all of the athletes. Our next HYROX event is coming soon. If HYROX is on your 2026 this is your next step in training. This official simulation puts all of the Hyrox workouts together for you with 1/4 the distance and reps. This weekend our Hyrox athletes took on Washington DC for HYROX North American World Championships led by our HYROX Performance Coach. For some it was their first ever HYROX event. We’re so proud of all of you. Congrats on such an amazing accomplishment.

HYROX DOUBLES RECAP

Saturday offered out members an opportunity to take on a HYROX doubles challenge. All 8 HYROX zones with no run between. We had teams of men, women, mixed, and pro put down some incredible times. Next up is North American Championships in Washington DC.

Are you getting better today? We’re just regular people with goals. Goals to be stronger, healthier, and happier every day. We support each other no matter what size dumbbell you use or how fast you run. We challenge each other to do things outside of our comfort zone and praise each other when we do.
