For those who watched the main event of UFC 330 last night, you might have noticed Demian Maia in the corner of Ian Machado Garry as he competed against Islam Makhachev.

Demian Maia was in my opinion the best representation of Jiujitsu in the last generation in the UFC.

I have trained with Demian three times, in which I learned some good techniques. Although I was most happy with the fact that I was able to ask him tons of questions in the question and answer portion such as…
