You'll often find Jill in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Dirty 30 + Butts/Guts, and Strength classes, always showing up ready to put in the work. Her positive attitude and commitment to staying active make her a valued part of our community.
One of our favorite things about Jill's fitness journey is seeing her share it with her family. Whether she's taking classes alongside her husband, Jim, or supporting her daughter Brooke by attending the classes she teaches, Jill reminds us how powerful fitness can be when it brings people together. David can be found crushing it in Burn, Circuit Training, and PowerLab, while also mixing in Semi-Private Training sessions to get workouts tailored specifically to his goals. His commitment to showing up, putting in the work, and continuously challenging himself has paid off in a big way.
One of the things we appreciate most about David is the energy he brings every time he walks through the door. His positive attitude, willingness to work hard, and encouragement of those around him make him a valued part of our fitness community.

π₯ Want to sneak some more veggies into your lunch? This recipe will get the job done and it tastes great.
This zucchini & carrot slaw makes a delicious side dish, the base for a salad, or even a condiment!
It will keep for 5-6 days in the fridge in an airtight covered container.
Add your favorite protein β diced chicken, rinsed & drained canned beans, or even chopped hardboiled eggs β just before serving. Yum!
Zucchini & Carrot Slaw
(makes 4 servings)
ΒΌ head of cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1 large zucchini, shredded
3 Tbsp lemon juice (2 lemons)
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coconut sugar
ΒΌ tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Place all the shredded veggies in a large bowl and toss well.
Make the dressing: whisk together the rest of the ingredients until it emulsifies. Drizzle it over the veggies and toss to combine.
This one is definitely a winner!
