I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 23 years, starting as personal trainer at a women’s gym in Santa Barbara, California at the age of 16. I have been employed in Arizona as a group fitness instructor and personal training since 2007. I received my Personal Training Certification and a certification for Nutrition in Health and Wellness from Glendale Community College. I teach several group fitness classes that include spinning, strength and cardio respiratory training, Silver Sneakers and High Intensity Training fitness classes. I am avid in pursuing my commitment to increase people’s fitness and wellness through exercise and nutrition. ACE & AFAA certified.
