Fleet Feet Puget Sound

Fleet Feet Puget Sound Fleet Feet Puget Sound is a network of locally owned and operated specialty running and walking stores. Step Four: Fitting and Deciding

This is the fun part!
(221)

Step One: Getting to Know You

We learn about your physical history, current activities, and personal goals to help us best meet your needs. Step Two: Measurements

We use a Brannock device to measure your bare feet in both a weighted and un-weighted position. Step Three: Gait Analysis

Using cameras and gait analysis software, we assess how your feet move while in action (walking or running). We compile this information and offer you several different shoes to try on. The goal is to find the most comfortable FIT possible. The hardest part is deciding which pair you like the best.

Ready to tackle a 5K with a team behind you? 👟

Puget Sound No Boundaries is back! Our 8-week training program kicks off the first week of October and is designed to help you build confidence, get consistent with your training, and cross that finish line with a community by your side.

Choose the goal that fits you:
🏃 Run to Finish: Build toward a steady 5K
🚶🏃 Interval to Finish: Walk/run your way to the finish line

Tacoma’s group is training toward the Tacoma City Turkey Trot 5K, while Puyallup’s group is gearing up for the Gobble Gobble 5K. Training is open to runners working toward other races, too, and coaches can help adjust your plan to fit your goals.

📍 Tacoma: Tuesdays at 6 PM + Saturdays at 9 AM
📍 Puyallup: Wednesdays at 6 PM + Saturdays at 9 AM
💰 $70 + fees, race registration not included
📅 8-week program

Whether this is your first 5K or you’re looking for a little extra motivation to get moving, there’s a place for you here.

That’s a wrap on our Summer Block Party Series! ☀️👟

Four months, three locations, SO many good miles, new gear, giveaways, and even better company. We loved spending the summer celebrating our running communities in Puyallup, Olympia, and Tacoma.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our local partners and vendor crews who showed up and helped make these nights so special: Karhu, On, New Balance, TOPO, HOKA, Brooks, Diadora, Currex, Huma, Nuun, Altra, Mizuno, Puma, Superfeet, ASICS, Shokz and more! We couldn’t have done it without you.

And of course, the biggest thank you goes to our LOCAL partners for showing up, bringing your people, donating gift cards/prizes, and making these parties what they are. 💙

Now we want to know: what was your favorite part of the Summer Block Party Series? Drop it in the comments 👇
