, so is in Bellingham, WA. To kickoff the season in the shop, a couple of singlespeeds have been assembled and tuned. In this case, we have a brand new build that’s is a true ripper for the local scene. At 17.1lbs, this Noble CX3 has been converted from gears to singlespeed with a 1/2 link chain and good know-how of what certain parts are needed to get chain tension on point. In this case, Garbaruk Bike Components and Endless Bike Company made this gearing setup possible and whisper quiet. The cockpit is a full Hope Technology MTB setup because it’s just slick. The braking system was made to be light and also match the frame colorways; X2 SL calipers and floating rotors make this thing stop on a dime. Lastly, the wheels are house branded, 1,420g, 25mm wide internally, and are reinforced with Vittoria CX tire inserts to make sure every ride ends well, regardless of the terrain. You’ll see this thing on the courses and kicking in Seattle this year.

Adventures are coming in all forms and durations nowadays when riding a bike; early morning coffee rides, plowing through nettles and soft soil to a destination, or even just being aimless in a direction. Well, here’s a build that can fit in all that and then some. The Outback has large clearances for 48c tires, long stays for stability and loaded touring, along with a light full-carbon fork to keep the weight down. Don’t forget all the gold bolts for the braze-on accessorries. This build was also upgraded with a dynamo hub with our house-brand wheels. They’re wrapped in Soma Cazadero tires, great for pavement, fast and predictable on the gravel and trails.
It’s a fun ride and we threw a LOT of gold at it.

Sometimes you find a frame that you love…
then you garage door it one day and have to get a new frame! Welp, this is the result of a recent sad story; new bike day!
is company that came from a collaboration of two ex-pro-riders, Alberto Contador and Ivan Basso (check them out if you don’t know their past racing histories and scandals 🤠).
This bike is still sporting the original SRAM Red AXS group and Zipp wheels that came with the last frame. We just added a few gold details from tapered screws to the computer mount to the UDH hanger bolt as this bike already speaks for itself.
This Autumn Magma has aerodynamics in mind for quick sprints and predictable straightaway handling at higher speeds, again, it just looks so good! You’ll be seeing it around Gig-Harbor and Tacoma shortly.

Lynskey is a long time titanium frame manufacturer of road, mountain, and gravel frame sets; they are typically the first bike people buy to try out Ti with their great pricing and current availability. This customer had a frame and fork drop-shipped to he store for us to work our magic on. He wanted to make this the last gravel bike the he ever owns; happy to be a part of that process.
We went with a classic 2x12 GRX RX-820 group since this bike sees equal road and gravel. The wheelset is our own 1,100g wheelset with a 24mm internal width. Yes, 2.42lbs for the pair. Lastly, every black bolt, spoke nip, etc… was replaced with oil-slick finishes as per the riders request. This bike is a Billy Goat. It’ll climb, it’ll descend, it’ll carry you from point A to point B without any regards for what lies in between. You’ll see this bad mama-jama around Buckley and Tacoma.

When it rains, it pours, same goes for custom builds around the shop. Here is another custom 1x build that was completed back in May.
If you can buy a SuperX frameset, do so. Its geometry boasts quick accelerations, its stable at low and high speeds, and lastly looks the part; fast.
Let’s show you that spec sheet!
-SRAM Force AXS XPLR 1x13 groupset
-SRAM solid gravel chainring (looks dope, huh!)
- X2 one-piece machined calipers (66g/each!)
-Hope floating road disc rotors
-Hunt gravel wheels
- Rosé tires for all-Tacoma traction in the loose, dry dirt, and on the decaying road
-TPU tubes because this bike is ridden seasonally, and the maintenance for tubeless is too much for how many bikes this person already owns
-Mechanic sticker on chainstay so you know who to cuss out if anything goes wrong ;)
This bike has already seen some early summer miles and late spring heat. Keep your eyes peeled in the group rides for this one.

Summer is at the shop and it’s been hard getting time to post, but here we go!
Here’s a cool build:
A customer searched for his first road frame set onlineback in March, with a little back and forth over email, and some patience with lead times for product, we built up their first and coolest road bike they’ll ever own ;)
Parts as follows, grab a tissue for the drool:
-2023 S-Works Aethos frame and fork
-SRAM Force AXS groupset
-1x12 w/ a 44t Chainring and 9-36 SRAM Red cassette
-Cane Creek Color matching bottom bracket
-Upgraded X2sl purple brake calipers
-Upgraded Hope floating disc rotors
- 35/50mm carbon wheelset with those hubs wrapped in 32x Vittoria N.Ext tires.
This bike is crazy fast and also extremely comfortable with its undersized tube sets and already stupid light frame and fat tires. You’ll catch it around Tacoma and Gig Harbor if you’re lucky.
