This summer, we challenged our members to track 10 weeks of strength training. Each week had to include upper body, lower body, core.

While all participants received a sweet InBody deal, only 10 lucky winners were selected to win a Premier Strong “Lifting Team” tee!

🌧️ Hurricane Isaiah is expected to impact the Big Bend this weekend.

For the safety of our members and staff, Premier Health & Fitness Center will close early at 2 PM on Friday, October 9. This closure will allow everyone additional time to prepare for the storm and make it home safely.

We plan to reopen at 1 PM on Saturday, October 10, provided we have power and road conditions are safe for travel. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.
