New offering at the Aurora studio, Body Positive Longevity with Shar! This class focuses on breaking down and rebuilding everyday patterns and functional movements that get harder as we age. We explore things like sitting to standing transitions, helping individuals notice why they might feel “stuck” and providing practical strategies to improve strength, balance, mobility and confidence. Done in a small group session with a personal trainer and active aging specialist.

Fridays at 10:30am.

Body Positive Walk & Weights (BOPO Walk & Weights) starts this Friday at 4:45pm at our Aurora studio.

Looking for a way to move your body, enjoy the outdoors, and connect with others? ☀️

Body Positive Walk & Weights combines the benefits of strength training and walking in a welcoming, judgment-free environment where all bodies are welcome.

We’ll begin with 30 minutes of strength-based exercises in our Body Positive Fitness studio designed to help you build functional strength, improve balance, support bone health, and feel more confident in your everyday life.

Then, we’ll head outside for a 30-minute group walk, giving you the chance to enjoy fresh air, soak up some sunshine, and spend time in community.

At Body Positive Fitness, we believe movement should be accessible, supportive, and free from weight-loss pressure.

This class focuses on helping you feel stronger, move more comfortably, and enjoy the benefits of being active alongside a supportive group of people.

More than just a fitness class, Body Positive Walk & Weights is an opportunity to build community, spend time outdoors, and experience the physical and mental benefits of movement in a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

Whether you’re coming for the strength training, the walk, the conversation, or all three, you’ll leave feeling energized, supported, and connected. 🌿💪🚶‍♀️☀️
