Sensei AJ taught a fun class on Tuesday night: throwing swift, snappy punches to put out a candle flame! In the end, everyone was able to pull it off at least once. Shout out to the students who were able to do it in one try, and those that managed to put out TWO- or even THREE at once! 👊🕯️🕯️🕯️

Our annual Beach Class at was a blast as usual! We had a good group training down on the beach, led by Sensei Fiona, Sensei Pete, and Sensei Thomas. Lots of high-flying kicks, ocean takedowns, and a jab circle against the waves. 🌊👊

Shout out to our under-belts that helped lead the class, and to all of our awesome photographers! Many more photos to be uploaded soon.

Our first annual Open House was a success! Despite the rainy weather, we all had a great time, parents and kids alike.

We had several of our amazing students show off their talents in forms, weapons, board breaking, sparring, and grappling! They put on a great show for everyone!

Thank you so much to everyone who was able to attend! And thank you to all of the Senseis for all of your help, as well as to Sensei Nicole’s mom for making these amazing karate-themed sugar cookies!

We took lots of great photos at the event! If your child was there and you would like us to send you some photos, please DM us.
