This isn’t a copy-paste workout from 2019. Our instructors adjust, program, and tweak class in real time so every single person gets the burn they need.

Came to barre like a for a low impact workout that was still challenging. Stayed because the community is THE BEST, and the workouts are KIlLER.

Outside of class you can find me behind the camera or the computer running my photography business or traveling the world with my fam.
