BENONI TO TRINERGY — WE CAME, WE TRAINED, WE LEARNED!

Jump-Aholics Benoni took the bounce beyond our own studio and headed to Trinergy Health & Fitness Centre for a class with the master himself, Ryan Manthe!

There’s nothing quite like stepping out of your comfort zone, learning from the best, sharing the energy and bringing home fresh inspiration to level up our own game.

A killer session, incredible energy and a reminder that even coaches need to be coached!

Ryan, thank you for having us. Trinergy, you definitely brought the heat!
