Today was a very special day as so many of our KD4U Fitness ladies stepped out of their comfort zones and took on HYROX Johannesburg. Watching each and every one of you cross that finish line filled my heart with so much pride.

HYROX is not easy. It tests your strength, endurance, mindset, and determination. Yet every single one of you showed up, gave it your all, and proved that you are capable of so much more than you think.

Some of you achieved personal bests, some completed your very first HYROX, and some pushed through moments when giving up would have been easier. But every one of you finished as a winner today. 💪❤️

As a coach, there is no greater reward than seeing women grow in confidence, become stronger, and achieve goals they once thought were impossible. Today was about more than medals and times—it was about courage, commitment, and believing in yourselves.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. Watching the KD4U ladies out there today reminded me exactly why I love what I do.

Be proud of yourselves. You earned every step, every station, every kilometre, and every finish line photo. 🏁🔥

Months of early mornings, hard training sessions, sore legs, sacrifices, and believing in each other have led to this moment. This result is proof that consistency, determination, and teamwork truly pay off.
