🐯 ROUND 14 🐯

This Saturday we’re back on the road as we head to Denmark to take on Denmark Walpole FC πŸ‰

⏰ Please note the change to game times:
Our U16s, Colts & Reserves will all start 15 minutes earlier than usual, while the League will start 15 minutes later.

The time changes are to allow Denmark FC to hold their Biggest Splash event between the Reserves and League games, raising funds and awareness for Parkinson’s Disease. A great cause and one we’re more than happy to support! πŸ‘

πŸ₯‚ Railways Ladies – Denmark are also holding their Ladies Day during the League game and have kindly invited any of our ladies making the trip over to join in! Check out the poster below for all the details.

Hopefully we can get a good Railways crowd on the road and behind all four grades!

See you in Denmark! πŸ–€πŸ’›

🐯 ROUND 13 RESULTS 🐯

A freezing cold day up in Mt Barker with a mixed bag of results for the Tigers! πŸ₯ΆπŸŒ§οΈ

Our U16s started the game really well, but unfortunately the Bulls got on top in the second half. Credit to the boys though, who kept fighting right until the final siren!

The Reserves game was called off early due to lightning in the area, with the Bulls well on top when play was stopped.

The League boys got away to a flying start and never looked back, controlling the game from start to finish to come away with a strong 55-point win!

A massive thank you to all our supporters who made the trip up the highway and braved the freezing conditions to get behind the lads!

Many thanks to our game day sponsor WA Country Builders

🐢 MUD DOGS 🐢

Our league boys come away with a hard-fought 55 point victory against Mount Barker in freezing conditions!

Despite the weather, the boys never let the Bulls have a look in, playing a complete four-quarter performance.

Coen Marwick booted 6 goals in the 13.12 (90) to 5.5 (35) win, a vital momentum building performance going into the final few rounds.

Ryley Valli, Lachie Cale, Mohit Jaggi were all among our standout contributors.

In blustery conditions, we extend our buffer to 41 points at the main break after a dominant second term.

We booted 4 unanswered goals to hold a 7.6 (48) to 1.1 (7) lead going into the second half.

Coen Marwick with a few goals and Bailin Curtis converted but we no longer have Billy O’Meara who has been snipered and suffered a hamstring injury.

Tight contest early and a very scrappy contest, we trail by 6 points.

Matt Lehanney has marked everything down back and Devon Jeffries been working hard at half forward and in the guts.
