Mt Clarence parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 8am, beginning at Middleton Beach, Albany, Western Australia. parkrun is not a race against other runners, but a 5k timed run and it can really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan. It offers an opportunity for all the local community

A great day for a parkrun with a few visitors from within the State, interstate, and even Iceland! Welcome everyone and hope you're all having a great long weekend - so much happening in Albany! Well done to everyone who participated in or volunteered for Elleker today.

This week 175 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 35 were first timers and 14 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 8 different clubs took part.

Mt Clarence parkrun started on 23rd August 2014. Since then 8,988 participants have completed 52,779 parkruns covering a total distance of 263,895 km, including 6,466 new Personal Bests. A total of 425 individuals have volunteered 5,195 times.
