Mt Clarence parkrun

Mt Clarence parkrun Mt Clarence parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5km run or walk from 8am Saturdays at Middleton Beach. For more information please email [email protected]

Mt Clarence parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 8am, beginning at Middleton Beach, Albany, Western Australia. parkrun is not a race against other runners, but a 5k timed run and it can really be whatever you want it to be, whether that's for fun or as part of a training plan. It offers an opportunity for all the local community, male or female, young or old, to come together on a regular basis to enjoy the beautiful surrounds and get physically active at the same time. We want to encourage people to walk, jog or run together irrespective of their ability – this event is truly open to all and best of all it really is FREE! Mt Clarence parkrun is proudly supported by Medibank and The Athlete's Foot. However we cannot do this on our own: we need volunteers, supporters and of course walkers and runners – so please spread the word to help us make Mt Clarence parkrun a huge success.

Oooh let’s join this party! Tutus next Saturday if you’re keen. 🎉
