📣 Lota parkrun Volunteers Needed!
Lota parkrun simply wouldn't happen without our amazing volunteers. If you enjoy your Saturday mornings at parkrun, why not consider giving back and joining the volunteer team for a week?
Volunteering is about so much more than filling a role. It's a great way to connect with others, build friendships, support your local community, and experience the event from a completely different perspective. Many volunteers say they leave feeling just as energised and fulfilled as they do after a run or walk.
Whether you're welcoming first-timers, cheering on participants, scanning barcodes, or helping keep everyone safe, you're making a real difference to the wellbeing of hundreds of people in our community. You'll be helping create the friendly, inclusive atmosphere that makes Lota parkrun so special.
If parkrun has brought you enjoyment, fitness, confidence, friendships, or simply a reason to get out of bed on a Saturday morning, please consider volunteering. Every role is simple, fully supported, and appreciated.
