This weekend our MSE crew swapped barbells for baby animals, fresh air and plenty of laughs at Chesterfield Farm for our monthly community event ๐ฅฐ๐๐
One of the things Iโm most proud of isnโt just the strength our members build inside the gymโitโs the friendships and community that continue outside of it.
Whether weโre training together, grabbing a coffee after Friday sessions or spending a morning at the farm on school holidays, itโs these moments that make MSE so much more than just a place to exercise.
