Balyang Sanctuary parkrun

It’s parkrun eve, we’ve got a full roster and we’re ready for you all in the morning

Usual protocols in place, just after 7.50 for the First Timer/Visitor Briefing, followed by the main briefing and an 8am-ish start

As ever please don’t forget your barcode, listen to the briefing and make sure you have fun.

Good evening and salutations! Tomorrow's fun is going forth, huge Congratulations! The volunteers came and filled the roles, without them we'd be lost souls... So make sure you thank them, then think to yourself, when did YOU LAST HELP OUT? Then sign up and don't pout! ;)

If you are new or visiting come say hello, at 10 minutes to 8am, we'll tell you how to go. IF you are with a dog or a pram, please have one or the other - it is a shared path, we must take care and be better. Keep left please and single file when passing, we really would prefer not to have people crashing! ;)

Remember to return the finish token at the end, we'd prefer not to have to add more or amend.

So dress warm and dress smart, and be ready for our 8am Saturday Start!

Parkrun is on tomorrow, so no need to wallow. Allow time to check in, if you're from away or new to begin! One pram or one dog, the path we don't want to hog. It's shared as you know, so keep left as you go!

One is at 1.5km out the other right around 1km out.
