💙💚🤍Round 8 saw us head to Rovers Football Ground during Think Mental Health Round, an important reminder to check in with those around us and ask the simple question, “Are you okay?”

On the field, it was a great day of football with three wins across the grades. The League game was one not to be missed, with both sides producing a high-quality, fiercely contested battle that went right down to the final minute. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find the last score that mattered, but it was a fantastic spectacle for everyone watching.

Congratulations to our Colts, Reserves and Women’s teams, who all came away with well-earned victories.

While football brings us together, this round also reminds us that looking after our mates is just as important as the result on the scoreboard. Reach out, start a conversation and remember that no one has to go through tough times alone.

Round 7 – Bye Round

After four straight wins across the club last week, the bye couldn’t have come at a better time. It’s a chance for everyone to rest, recover, and recharge before we get back into action next week.

Round 6 Recap 💙🤍

Round 6 in Kalbarri was a wet and windy affair, but it turned out to be a fantastic day for our club.

A huge congratulations to Mitch Boyle on celebrating his 150th game. Mitch has been a tremendous servant of the club, respected by teammates, opponents and supporters alike. It was great to see him mark the milestone with a memorable win.

Adding to the celebrations was a clean sweep across all grades, a reward for the hard work and commitment shown by our players, coaches and volunteers throughout the season.

A big thank you to everyone who helped the day run smoothly, both on and off the field. These days don’t happen without the efforts of the volunteers who give their time to our club.

We’d also like to thank the Northampton Rams for hosting a great weekend and organising the food vendors despite the challenging weather conditions. It made for an enjoyable day of football, community and country hospitality.

A true gentleman of our club and someone respected by everyone both on and off the field. Mitch, you are the kind of player every club hopes to have — tough, loyal, humble and always leading by example.

Your commitment, consistency and passion for the jumper over 150 games has been nothing short of outstanding. An amazing footballer who gives everything every time you step onto the ground, but even more importantly, an even better bloke away from it.

The respect you’ve earned throughout the club and wider football community speaks volumes about the person you are. Teammate, mate, role model — you’ve been all of those and more.
