The Saturday Mixed Drawn Pairs sponsored by Solahart Geraldton attracted another bumper nomination with players enjoying the very slick (17 seconds) speed on the greens and the sponsor suppling the energy and sponsorship for the two game 2-4-2 event.
The pairing of Noel Davey and Donna Henley set the greens alight with a very polished display that saw the duo finish with two wins and an impressive plus thirty two shots for the afternoon.
Second placed and back on the greens after recent holidays were Mike Ford and Marissa Adam with two wins 8 plus 22, both enjoying the smooth playing surface.
Nino Messina and Lisa Smith led the players table at the half way stage and continued the fine work in game two finishing with 8 plus 21 with Lexi Carr and Joe Criddle completing podium positions on the day.
Ray Sloan and Annette Foster along with Warwick Glenister and Lesley Hunt also retained undefeated status with 8 plus 11 and 7 respectively with Anthony Cross and Joy McPherson claiming a win and a draw from their matches.
