The long weekend we’ve all been waiting for is finally here! 🎉

Saturday and Sunday at HFW will run as usual, with reception, classes, and Kids Club all operating as normal.

There will be a few changes to Monday’s timetable, with the following classes available:

- 8:30am RPM with Ang
- 5:00pm Shapes with Coleen
- 5:00pm Boxing with Sue

For those planning a gym session this Sunday, please be aware there will be a number of road closures in the morning due to the Launceston Running Festival.

Roads affected include:
🏃‍♀️Margaret Street between Paterson and Brisbane Street
🏃‍♀️Gleadow Street between Goderich Street and Kings Wharf Road
🏃‍♀️Forster Street between Goderich and Montague Street
🏃‍♀️Montague Street between Gleadow and Forster Street
