“Systems create results.”

That’s something Phillip, a Professor at the University of Newcastle, understands better than most. He’s built his career on understanding how systems work — and when he applied that same thinking to his own body, everything changed.

When he first came to us, riding a bike wasn’t even on the radar. It had been years. Mobility was limited, confidence was low, and like so many busy professionals, his body had taken a back seat to career and responsibility.

Fast forward a couple of years… and he’s riding his bike to the gym. 🚴‍♂️
