Alignment based Hatha yoga flow taught by Annie at locations in Mittagong, Yerrinbool and Bowral. Sa Classes are suitable for the beginner to the experienced.
Southern Highlands Yoga classes are taught by Annie, who has completed the Hatha Yoga Instructing course with world-leading yoga teachers Christina Sell and Noah Mazé of Live the Light of Yoga. Here is a very special fundraising event being held next Thursday night at The empire cinema Bowral .
The fundraising is for the wonderful Southern Highlands Bereavement Centre. To assist with the running of the facility.
This service is available to everyone, it has a sliding scale payment.
Many years ago I was recommended to visit and engage with these kind people after losing my partner.
The staff were very kind and supportive and fantastic with children .
This is a truly wonderful place. If you have the time maybe go watch the film, have a glass of wine and receive a gift pack .
