Two weeks ago, many of these Women had never boxed.

Since then, they’ve stepped outside their comfort zones, learned new skills and grown in confidence with every session.

We’re incredibly proud of their courage, commitment and willingness to give something new a go. 🥊

Marrta and Emma are doing a brilliant job guiding and supporting them throughout the program.

The kids are stepping up .
On Saturday we had our Grading day,with 15 juniors coming through with flying colours.
A special mention to George and Aila for becoming our first ever L4 Juniors.
