Celebrating another birthday at Paradise Fitness never gets old.

Keryn and hubby Greg are only in town a few weeks but have already discovered what an amazing, welcoming and friendly community we have in our club.

This week we surprised Keryn on her birthday with our traditional song and protein smoothies.

The workouts are great and the results unbeatable but its the sense of belonging and real friendships that helps Paradise Fitness members fully Love Their Life!

No rest for the dedicated.

While everyone else was having a public holiday off, Paradise Fitness was pumping with activity.

We filled both studios with our Mega Workout and by all accounts, it was a tough but

Coach Paul was on hand taking a variety or PT clients through their paces with single and couples workouts, embedding some boxing skills and drills while we had the set up stacked like only HOOX Fitness Systems can.

Thank to everyone from bringing the energy. Now your'e all set to Love Your Life!
