What started as a passion for helping women move their bodies has become something so much bigger. A community. A safe space. A tribe of women who show up for themselves and each other.
Every class attended, every sweaty high five, every message you’ve sent, every person you’ve referred has played a part in this journey.
So if The MVMT Collective, my Jungle Body classes, and our community has ever made a positive impact on your life, I’d love your support. I don’t typically ask but what a way to keep the celebrations of ten years of instructing if we could bring home an award too! And I know I’m late to the party….but hey better late than never! 😆

No pressure.
No perfect routines.
Just a safe, supportive space where kids can be themselves, burn some energy and have fun ✨
Designed for ages 2–5 and their grown ups, these sessions are all about movement, music and magic.
Starting May 13
Wednesdays 10:15am
📍 Unit 2/5 Parkes Street, Cockburn Central (F45)
💰 $10 per child (multiple child discount available)

Okay… it’s happening 🤍
Movement Minis is officially launching on Wednesday 13th May!
A space for you and your little ones to move, build confidence and just have fun without pressure!
✨ Ages 2–5 years
✨ Wednesday's 10:30am–11:15am
✨ Location - Cockburn
✨ 8 week term
I wanted to create something that feels light, supportive and enjoyable for both kids and mums. So we are starting with our mini's from 2 years up to 5 years. Big kids will follow shortly so watch this space...
8 week term passes available ($100) or pay as you go per week $12 per child. Multi-child discount available - please DM for more info.

Perimenopause is wild.
One minute you’re cruising. Next minute… you’re googling a symptom you didn’t even know existed 😅
The mood shifts.
The brain fog.
The “why am I like this today?”
Itchy skin. Dryness in all the places not meant to be dry 🫤. Joint pain. Skin changes and the list goes on.
And the hardest part?
So many women think it’s just them.
It’s not.
Your body isn’t broken.
It’s changing. And it deserves support, not silence.
Movement helps.
Good food helps.
Talking about it… helps even more.
So if you’ve been feeling a little off lately… this is your reminder you’re not alone in it 🤍
