‘Aiight’ Really good stuff! ☘️💚

From those iconic Irish twangs to the laughs, the banter and the heart of gold, you’ve been an absolute ripper.

You’ve left a little piece of Ireland here at Rowville, and let’s be honest… nobody is going to fill your shoes (or quite sound the same saying “aiight”)

We’re gutted to see you go, but so grateful for the time we’ve had with you. You’ve made a genuine impact on our F45 family, and you’ll be missed more than you know.

James. Keep being the genuine, good-hearted legend you are. The doors and ‘wing mirrors’ 😜at Rowville will always be open for you.

Slán go fóill, our favourite Irishman James Long O'Leary

Until we see you again! 🇮🇪❤️
