Thanks to my new breath work family & support over our 4 day intensive 💛🌬️

As we learnt 3 new aspects of breath work:
1) Functional breath - how to breath, to support our nervous systems
2) Daily breath techniques, to calm or energize the body
3) Transformation breath, to help shift old patterns & store trauma in the body

I’ll be running workshop starting next year once I’m fully qualified, can’t wait to share more on the power of breath 🤩✨
