It’s day 2 of our MEET YOUR TEACHERS series for Zenly’s first ever 200hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Mandi (she/her) and I met in 2019 when she hired me to teach at a Yoga studio she was managing.
I knew bits and pieces of her life, but learned so much more about her story from this conversation.
I was particularly interested in her early mental health struggles, and her experience in the ‘hippie health-nut’ culture in California.
