I never did find the answer 🤯
But here’s a peak into a 1:1 lesson 💃
This is with Ava - returned after a year break
Lesson one was finding the baseline - after a year away it’s important to set the start point again.
Lesson two (this video) focus is on technique - HOW the body moves and connects to the floor, ourselves and our partner.
Ava is an absolute weapon at following so now the plan is to level up her technique to match!
Look out 👀💃
If this sounds like you - time to come see us 💃
To reinforce what I already said (because I mean it!)
NO 🙅♂️ You don’t need to know how to dance before taking a dance lesson
NO 🙅♀️ You wont get what you want out of this if you don’t commit to the process
NO 🙅 You won’t ‘nail it’ perfectly in the one-hour lesson. The goal is familiarity, then practice.
DM us the word ‘COUPLE’ and I’ll link you a free intro lesson 🫶
Time to make a bigger impact 🤜🤛
Back myself, my team, and most of all - my community.
Follow along because this will be one hell of a journey.

Our ‘League of Legends’ 🏆 winter challenge is coming to a close this Saturday!
For the past 6-weeks our students have turned up!!
When it’s cold, raining, windy, when they’re tired, they had a terrible week… you name it.
Class-after-class.
Prioritising themselves and their love of the dance floor 💃🕺
All the have to do is show up.
20 visits over 6-weeks.
😎 absolute LEGENDS!
Scientists have observed the male dancer in his natural habitat. The results are… concerning.” 🎬🦅
In a remarkable display of misplaced confidence and questionable footwork, our subject has once again returned to his corner of the bar.
Undeterred by last weekend’s failed approaches. Unbothered by the unwritten rules he still doesn’t know exist.
Researchers believe he may be ready.
Almost.
The good news? Unlike most species, this one can be taught. 🕺
Take The Lead is a 6-week program designed specifically for men who are done watching from the sidelines and ready to actually step into the room.
✅ Private 1:1 lessons
✅ Beginner group classes
✅ A real social night where it all comes together
No experience needed. No judgement. Just progress.
DM the word LEAD and we’ll have an honest conversation about whether it’s right for you.
Most couples start dancing and learn the same thing. That’s exactly the problem.
Recently, we’ve seen a rise in dancers coming to us, having danced for a few months already, and not knowing the first thing about leading or following because they’ve only been taught choreography
So we take it back to the foundations and build them again. Correctly.
🙃 Share this with the couple who keeps saying they want to try dancing together.
This is what they actually need to know first.
