👀 LOOK who stopped by for a quick sesh today before his big day tomorrow. 👑

Pulled out some double crossovers with the ropes on round 1, went straight for the big boys on round 2 and smashed out a few sets of dead's, absolutely damaged our bags with some sides kicks on round 6 we had to tape them back up. Struggled to hit the bag with donkey kicks even though I told him to turn around he said he had it so just let him go for it. Finished off with some cake and protein shakes which was well deserved after the big hit out.

Oh and btw we are open tomorrow self guided 6am - 8pm so no excuses 🥊
