LCC Saints Ice Hockey Club Bantams have been putting their bye weeks to work.
Rather than letting a weekend off go to waste, the group has been getting into Viking Performance Lab to keep developing their individual skills away from the ice.

The best part? They’re getting the repetitions in without using valuable ice time; so when they do get back on the ice, that time can be spent playing faster, competing and working as a team.

Yesterday we greeted some new people to the lab; the vibes were high; go hard or go home! Webby from the Perth Thunder; buried a gino in his Australian Ice Hockey League | AIHL game after a solid warmup at the lab and Nikita was determined to see what all the fuss is about on the skate mill.
