FIRST GRADE DEBUT | ORLANDO NAWARIE

After coming to Souths as a 14-year-old, Orlando has grown up in the maroon and white and has been a consistent and valued member of the Souths family ever since.

Today, Mitch, Marshall & Aaron had the privilege of presenting Orlando with his First Grade debut jersey, a pretty special moment and one that is very well deserved🐂

Massive congratulations, Orlando! You’ve put in the work, earned your opportunity and we know you’ll continue to pull on that jersey with an enormous amount of pride.

We are incredibly proud and humbled to have been awarded the Carl Webb Stronger Together Community Grant.

This grant means so much to our club, our members and everyone who calls Souths home. It represents more than funding it represents belief in what we’re building and the positive impact community sport can have on people’s lives.

We can’t wait to put this grant to work in a way that honours Carl’s legacy and celebrates the incredible strength of his children, Carter, Hunter and Brooklyn. Every dollar will help us continue creating a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment for our players, families, volunteers and supporters, while strengthening the future of our club.

Opportunities like this only fuel the fire in our bellies to keep building something truly special for our community.
