The Student Learn to Swim Program is back, just in time for Summer! 🏊‍♂️

UniActive Swim School is offering UOW students subsidised 60-minute Adult Swim classes. Designed to improve water confidence, swimming ability, and overall fitness in a structured and supportive environment.

Is your child or teen interested in going to the gym and starting strength training, but unsure where to begin?

Teens Who Lift is a youth focused program where 12-15 year olds learn the fundamental skills related to strength training, in order for them to graduate to training independantly! 💪

🏋️ 10 Week Program
📅 Starts 13 and 15 October
🕒 Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:15PM - 5:15PM
💰 10 sessions = $60 (Members), $120 (Non-Members)
💰 20 sessions = $120 (Members), $240 (Non-Members)

Participants will:
💥 Build strength, confidence, and body awareness
