We are a Performing Arts School that offers Dance, Music, and Theatre classes for all ages and abilities. Parents need quality programming that they can feel good about investing in that matches their values. We work hard to provide a family first atmosphere, with a focus on age appropriate development and happy, healthy training that teaches life skills through the arts. We do this while setting the gold standard business practices and technology in our industry. Families are able to choose their level of participation from a variety of programming options. The magic in this lies in tailor-made schedules and experiences that foster our students today, while creating leaders for tomorrow. We know that less than 5% of our students will go on to become Professional Performers, but 100% of our students will use the life skills they gain throughout their education with Ambition Performing Arts. Simply put: We are raising tomorrow's leaders through the arts, and this is important work! Our qualified staff nurtures each child in a positive, motivational environment while helping them achieve individual goals. Our professional instructors provide quality dance training to students in a caring manner, helping dancers reach their potential. Our Studios have been constructed with care and quality to provide safe and effective learning environments. We have 4 classrooms, fully equipped with mirrors, barres and sprung flooring, 2 Music Rooms with piano and guitars.

Our studio is nothing without YOU. 💕

Not the mirrors, not the trophies, not the perfect notes or turns... it's the families who show up week after week, the students who cheer each other on, and our incredible team pouring into every class, rehearsal, and show that make Ambition Performing Arts what it is.

We get to watch kids grow into confident, kind, hardworking young people across dance, music, and theatre, and that only happens because of the incredible community behind them.

To every student, every parent, every grandparent in the audience, every carpool, every drop off and pick up: thank you.

To our APA Class of 2026 ❤️

You walked in carrying dance bags and big dreams. You're walking out as performers, leaders, and remarkable young people.

You learned to show up prepared. To work when you didn't feel like it. To take a correction without letting it define you. To be part of something bigger than yourself.

The stage may change from here. Everything you learned on ours goes with you.

Stay ambitious. Stay curious. Take the opportunities that scare you a little.

🎭 Drum roll please... 🍫

We are so excited to announce our annual musical production for June 2027: Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory JR.!

This beloved story is full of heart, humor, and big life lessons, the perfect fit for our whole-child approach at APA. Our students will spend the year ahead building confidence, creativity, and community as they bring the Chocolate Factory to life.

We can't wait for our APA families and the Airdrie community to join us for this one.

We have some news to celebrate.

Ambition Performing Arts was voted a winner in eight categories in the CommunityVotes Airdrie 2026 awards, spanning art, dance, drama, music, theatre, and youth programs.

Nominations came in across the city this year, and our community showed up for us in a big way.

This recognition belongs to our students, our families, and our incredible team of teachers who make every class feel like a place to grow.

Looking for a movement class for ages 2-5 that's fun, engaging, and screen-free?

We're bringing the wiggles to life at Airdrie Public Library with Wiggle Wednesday, 9:45am-10:30am: a playful movement class designed especially for preschoolers.

Wiggle Wednesday helps children ages 2-5:

Today we're celebrating Miss Trissa, our Administrative Assistant, along with three of our wonderful Junior Teachers: Miss Kaleigh, Mr Gabe, and Miss Aliceanne.

Miss Trissa keeps our studio organized and welcoming, often being one of the first friendly faces our families see.

Our Junior Teachers bring fresh energy and dedication to the classroom, supporting our lead instructors while building their own skills as educators and mentors.
