🏀 PAID LEAD COACHING POSITIONS

Legacy North Academy is building its coaching team for co-ed basketball skills sessions in smaller communities across the region.

We’re looking for exceptional people who lead with purpose, build confidence and create a positive environment for young athletes.

Coaching opportunities range from elementary beginners through high school athletes. Age groups and locations can vary based on each coach’s experience, strengths and availability.

Basketball knowledge and coaching experience matter—but character, communication and the ability to build genuine relationships matter just as much.

For the first time ever, Small Town Select brought two boys teams to the same event.

They trained together, built relationships, competed in some great games, rooted for one another and learned what genuine team culture can do for a group.

Different hometowns. Different backgrounds. Two teams, but one standard.

What made this weekend special wasn’t just the basketball. It was watching these athletes grow together, support each other and begin building relationships that will continue far beyond one event.

We are proud to welcome Jaiveer Dhillon to the Legacy North Academy leadership team as our Director of Legacy Development.

Jaiveer understands this mission because he has lived it.

Growing up in a small town, he knows what it feels like to love the game, believe in your ability, and still see athletes from bigger cities receive more opportunities simply because of where they live.

He also understands the mental side of basketball, building confidence, feeling overlooked, handling pressure, and growing through the challenges that come with being part of a team.

That lived experience matters.

In this role, Jaiveer will help us build relationships, create opportunities, and expand the reach of Legacy North into communities that have too often been overlooked.

Talent exists everywhere.

Where a young person comes from should never define what they can achieve.
