🏒 U11 Development C Tryout Schedule Released! 🏒

The wait is over! The 2026/27 NOMHA U11 Development C Tryout Schedule has officially been released.

📧 All registered U11 Development C families have been emailed the official tryout dates and evaluation schedule. Please review the schedule carefully and mark the dates and times in your calendar.

Please note: Group 1 and Group 2 assignments have not yet been finalized. Player group assignments will be sent in a separate email closer to the tryout date, so stay tuned for those details.

These evaluations are an exciting opportunity for our young athletes to showcase their skills, compete, and begin the journey toward another great hockey season.

🏒 Tryout Dates: September 12–13, 2026
📍 Location: John Pritchard Arena – Enderby

Please arrive 30–45 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to be fully dressed and ready for your ice time.

SportAbility is recruiting Provincial Para Hockey coaches for the 2026/2027 season! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience coaching/playing hockey who are looking for a meaningful way to make an impact and create a positive, athlete-focused environment where people can achieve their goals.

We have three open roles: Provincial High Performance Head and Assistant Coach positions, as well as a Provincial Development and Junior Coaching role.

Coaches will work alongside SportAbility BC staff to deliver training camps, support athlete development, provide mentorship, and help strengthen para hockey pathways throughout the province. Opportunities include on-ice coaching, athlete evaluation, tournament participation, and program planning. Coaching at regular Surrey-based programming is considered an asset.

Previous para hockey and/or para sport experience is an asset, but additional training can be provided.
